This sharp yet round amber ale will warm the cockles of your heart. A nuanced malt bill includes a heaping amount of malted rye and four subtly different toasts of amber malts for a Belgian backbone with American rye overtones. Brewing with a hybrid of our house yeast and Belgium's Orval yeast creates a blend of warm flavors and spicy notes that accentuate the bite of the rye. This is just the beer to warm you up after a long day spent enjoying (or escaping) the wintry weather.
