It's hop harvest time, and we've been so excited about working with our friends at Four Star Farms that we decided to let our neighbors at Scott Farm in Dummerston join in on the fun. Scott Farm Centennial, like the 4* series, is a sour beer featuring a single hop variety picked off the bine just hours before ending up in our beer. This gets you the best, clearest taste of these guys we can get you. Expect subtle pine notes supported by grapefruit and tangerine with a good amount of tartness. Get it while you can, this is a once-a-year brew!
